1. Definiții

Vânzător direct – GazetaRomaneasca.co.uk, atunci când oferă servicii proprii (publicitate, abonamente, articole sponsorizate etc.).
Vânzător terț / Utilizator Vânzător – orice persoană fizică sau juridică ce publică anunțuri sau vinde produse fizice prin intermediul platformei.
Cumpărător – persoana care achiziționează un produs sau serviciu prin intermediul platformei, fie de la GazetaRomaneasca.co.uk, fie de la un vânzător terț.
Produs fizic – orice bun material (ex: haine, electronice, produse artizanale etc.) publicat spre vânzare de către un terț.

2. Politica privind Serviciile și Produsele Digitale

2.1 Dreptul de retragere

Conform legislației UK și UE, serviciile digitale furnizate de platformă (ex: publicitate, articole sponsorizate) nu pot fi returnate odată ce livrarea a început cu acordul expres al clientului. 3.2 Responsabilitatea vânzătorilor

Vânzătorii care își postează produsele prin platformă sunt direct responsabili pentru:

Starea produselor
Corectitudinea descrierilor
Stocuri, livrare și comunicare cu cumpărătorii
Aplicarea politicilor proprii de returnare

Vânzătorii sunt obligați să-și menționeze clar politica de returnare în descrierea produsului sau la solicitarea cumpărătorului.

4. Dreptul de returnare pentru produse fizice

Conform legii:

Cumpărătorii au dreptul legal să returneze un produs fizic achiziționat online în termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la primirea acestuia, cu notificare în prealabil.
Returnarea se face direct către vânzătorul terț, nu către platforma GazetaRomaneasca.co.uk.
Cheltuielile de transport pentru retur pot fi suportate de cumpărător, dacă nu s-a convenit altfel.

5. Procedura de returnare (pentru produse fizice)

Cumpărătorul contactează direct vânzătorul (prin datele de contact furnizate la anunț).
Solicitarea trebuie transmisă în scris (e-mail, mesaj privat), cu motivul returului.
Vânzătorul este obligat să răspundă în termen de 5 zile lucrătoare.
În cazul aprobării, produsul se returnează în aceeași stare în care a fost primit, iar rambursarea se efectuează în maximum 14 zile de la recepționarea returului.

6. Plângeri și raportări

GazetaRomaneasca.co.uk încurajează transparența și respectarea drepturilor consumatorilor. Orice tentativă de fraudă, nerespectare a termenilor sau refuz abuziv de returnare poate fi raportată la:
